The lower level has great furniture for watching TV and a wet bar with full size refrigerator for entertaining your crew. Walk out to the covered patio with table for 8 to eat or just hang out. New fire pit for enjoying s’mores and outdoor shower. It is an easy slope to the shared boat house.
